The Child Protection Program allows parents to register their children’s contact points (email, cell phone number and instant messenger ID) on a do not contact list.
Adult product marketers, including tobacco, alcohol, gambling, pornography and illegal drug companies would be required to scrub their list with the state and remove any child or parent contact points registered with the state.
